To try something unique, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.
Sake Martini
Makes a single portion
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and mix for half a minute until cold. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
